Steve Childs is a graduate of Frostburg State University. He is an expert in the design-build field. Steve has more than 40 years of experience with a wide variety of building types such as office, retail, industrial, finance, automotive, municipal, religious, and health care. As President, he is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the firm and he takes a “hands-on” approach with all the company’s projects. Steve’s diverse background offers you the experience and expertise to effectively manage all tasks associated with your project. His knowledge of the local construction industry and negotiation skills allows him to obtain extremely competitive fees from the area’s most qualified subcontractors.

Steve has developed expertise in risk management over the years and is able to identify possible issues early in the process and resolve them before they become a problem. This, coupled with his strong organizational skills and ability to effectively implement the necessary steps of the design and construction process, has resulted in numerous high-quality structures.
