Core 22 Design Build LLC was contracted to design and construct a 62,975 SF Distribution Center from the ground up. The Distribution Center is a pre-engineered metal building with a tilt-up concrete panel facade. This brand new facility is set on a 20-acre parcel in Chesapeake, VA and features the following building complexes:

• 5,151 SF office
• 42,720 SF 82-door service center
• 2,400 SF dispatch pod
• 3,760 SF two-bay vehicle maintenance building
• 104 SF guard house for 24 hour security
• 20,000-gallon underground fuel trap
• Phase II: 9,200 SF 20-door service center future expansion
