Core 22 Design Build was contracted to construct the exterior and interior renovations to Hall Mazda on Holland Road in Virginia Beach which included the showroom, sales offices, service area, restrooms, and waiting area.

This is the first Mazda dealership in Hampton Roads to implement Mazda’s new Retail Evolution design which incorporates an open plan to create “a new level of business transparency” using a lot of black, white, raw wood, metal finishes and glass.

Curb appeal is enhanced by using Mitsubishi’s Alpolic black and white exterior metal composite panels and exterior glass panels which increase the amount of natural light within the building.

Geometrical design elements are complimented by new lighting, clear and frosted glass wall panels, porcelain wood plank tile, black and white ceramic tile, metal trim, aluminum railing and white quartz throughout.
