Halstead Reserve LLC contracted Core 22 Design Build to construct the Hallstead Reserve Apartment Complex on Pruden Boulevard in Suffolk, Virginia. The complex consists of nine, 3-story apartment buildings with a total of 312 units, seven detached garage buildings, a maintenance/dog wash/package storage/mail building, a car wash/dog wash building, a clubhouse, a pool, and a dog park.

The complex contains a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units. All the units have a balcony or a porch, center kitchen island/seating area with inset dishwasher and sink, tiled backsplash, stainless steel appliances, a kitchen pantry, solid surface kitchen and bathroom counters, walk-in closets, carpet and luxury vinyl tile, dining room, living room and an in-unit laundry area concealed by a barn door.
