Pembroke Commercial Realty contracted Core 22 Design Build to construct the landlord work required at Pembroke Mall for their incoming tenant, Latitude Climbing + Fitness. The landlord work included demolition of the old Jason’s Deli space and a 58’ tall addition to the mall to accommodate the tenant’s footprint. Core 22 was also contracted by Latitude Climbing + Fitness to construct the tenant build-out of this 16,640 SF climbing gym.

The prominent exterior feature is a 58’ high clear anodized storefront wall. The two-story entrance is emphasized by an aluminum canopy supported by angled beams. The building façade is a mix of EIFS, Eldorado Stone and brick. The focus of the gym is rock wall climbing with adult and kid’s climbing areas. In addition, Latitude offers rope climbing, bouldering, yoga, fitness classes and physical therapy. The space includes a reception/retail area, men’s and women’s toilets and showers, a lounge, an office, yoga and fitness rooms and storage areas. The interior has exposed ceilings, rubber flooring, polished
concrete flooring, ceramic tile and VCT.
