Core 22 Design Build was hired by Kimley-Horn Associates to provide on-site construction oversight of the removal of 19 jetbridges including concrete foundations and installation of new concrete foundations and utilities for 19 new jetbridges and the construction of Parking Garage D, a new, 998,022 SF, 9-story, 3,200 space structure. Our responsibilities include:

• Observes and inspects construction activities and procedures, and reports to the Construction Manager (CM) regarding the scope of work, specifications, and contract documents
• Maintains daily communication with the project management team
• Monitors Project Schedule and critical path milestones
• Assists with review of pay applications
• Assists with review of Change Order Proposals
• Observes ongoing project activities for adherence to safety, including equipment and personnel
• Daily review to determine that Airport operations are not interrupted by unapproved activities — report any issues to CM
• Monitor site E & S controls
• Monitor security fencing
• Daily monitoring of required traffic controls and roadway conditions
• Attend OAC meetings
• Attend weekly meetings with the owner and DM
• Maintain daily progress photos
• Prepare detailed Daily Progress Reports
• Review any Noted Discrepancies in various test reports
