Core 22 Design Build was contracted to construct the new Penske Truck Leasing facility on an 8.3-acre site in Ashland, VA. The 15,985 SF main facility has a 26’-7” clear height with an automatic truck washing bay. This facility has a separate onsite fuel island and canopy. There is 1,600 SF of administrative space which includes the entrance lobby, conference area, five offices, administration/file area, locker room, break room, and service counter. The 856 SF mezzanine houses the Service Manager’s office and the parts storage area.
