Spivey’s new vehicle maintenance building was designed and constructed at the same me as their new office and warehouse. This building faces Salters Creek Road, and is used to maintain and repair vehicles and equipment. It includes a private office, storage areas, a 949 SF mezzanine, and a vehicle cleaning area in the back of the building. Vehicle access is provided via roll-up doors in the back of the building. The total building area is 12,149 SF, with the 1st floor encompassing the bulk of the square footage at 11,200 SF. Perimeter fencing controls access to the vehicle maintenance building.
