Core 22 Design Build was awarded the construction of Stock or Modified Bodyworks located in Virginia Beach. Specializing in body and paint repairs, Stock or Modified Bodyworks required a new facility large enough to meet the needs of their growing client base.

This new 11,000 SF pre engineered metal building’s façade features red brick veneer with beige brick veneer accent bands and beige EIFS. Clear anodized storefront highlights the 2-story entrance and drive-thru estimating bay. Decorative lighting and high windows for natural lighting accent the front of the building.

The building’s first floor houses the drive-thru estimating bay, customer waiting and restroom facilities, a parts department, nine automotive bays and two private offices. The two additional bays dedicated to painting and equipped with top of the line spray booths are connected by a paint mixing room. The owner’s need for drive thru access was accommodated by large overhead roll-up doors on both sides of the building. Located on the second-floor mezzanine is a large employee breakroom, employee restroom and a large private office.
