Core 22 Design Build was contracted to provide construction management/owner representative services by USAA Realco for a 4.5 story, 266,292 SF, 850 space, precast parking structure in Norfolk, VA. Our responsibilities included, but were not limited to, managing/monitoring:

• Design team selection
• Design development process to ensure project scope is achieved
• Lead design and construction progress meetings
• Contract review
• Consultant invoice review and approval
• The overall project budget (including FFE and other non-design/construction-related costs)
• Assist with jurisdictional reviews and project-related mitigation issues
• Construction-related activities, including pay applications review, review shop drawings, change order management, site visits to monitor progress, quality and safety procedures, claim disputes.
• Project close-out and occupancy
