Core 22 Design Build was contracted to construct a 9,000 SF office renovation for Virginia Dermatology and Skin Cancer Center’s fourth location in Suffolk, VA. Unique to this branch is split space between VDSCC and Chesapeake Bay ENT, with VDSCC occupying most of the suite. The shared vestibule features a reception desk from each practice and separate reception waiting rooms. The VDSCC office specializes in MOHS surgery for skin cancer treatment with four designated procedure rooms and a private waiting area. The space also features a cosmetic room, six exam rooms, three provider staff offices, and six work stations for medical assistants.

The Chesapeake Bay ENT suite is comprised of four exam rooms, an allergy exam room, an audiology exam room, and a provider staff office.
