Core 22 Design Build was contracted to demolish an existing shopping center and construct a new 30,051 SF Chrysler Dodge Ram and Jeep dealership for Hall MileOne Autogroup in Chesapeake to replace an existing dealership in the area.  The structural design utilized pre-engineered metal buildings (four separate metal buildings) and structural steel framing. 

The dealership has two distinct showrooms with separate exterior entrances.  Each entrance is clad in different composite panel finish schemes specific to that automotive brand. This dealership’s open concept encompasses a new car delivery area, customer Café/Lounge area, Kids area, customer restrooms and vending area, open sales areas and several storefront enclosed offices to afford privacy when needed. Incorporated into the layout of the first floor are administration offices, a retail parts department and dedicated employee amenity areas to include restrooms, locker room, break room and vending area.  The mezzanine includes a General Manager’s office, storage, a kitchenette and a training room.

In addition to the showroom area, the dealership includes an enclosed drive-thru service drop off with full glass roll-up doors, 14 general service bays, a two bay prep area, a two bay commercial vehicle service area and service write-up stations.
