Core 22 Design Build was contracted to construct a tenant buildout for an up–and–coming sandwich franchise in Hampton Roads. Which Wich is a unique sandwich shop featuring what they believe is a streamlined ordering process that puts more control in the hands of the consumer. The entryway features a circular ordering station for customers to review menu items and pencil in their orders on the brown bags provided which will be used to serve their order.

Signature bright yellow outdoor canopies and umbrellas mark the spot of the newest 1975 SF Which Wich at Hampton Roads Crossing in Suffolk. Natural light is abundant streaming in from two sides of the space. The light and bright feeling is enhanced by Which Wich’s signature “Lisbon Yellow” subway tile behind the service die wall and Which Wich signage. The rest of the finishes include dark grey floor tile, stainless steel, and natural wood tables, chairs, and counter.
