Core 22 Design Build was awarded the construction of the exterior façade renovation of Coastal Edge at Pembroke Mall in Virginia Beach, VA after completing the interior tenant fit-out for Coastal Edge.

The face of the building is adorned with “Eldorado” stacked stone veneer with wood framing, metal paneling, and metal awning accents. The Coastal Edge logo is centered on a corrugated metal paneling recess in the signature “Coastal Edge purple” with a horizontal cypress plank overlay. Matching cypress framing supports a metal awning overhang with fully functional gates that serve as a screen wall.
